Please follow the below step by step guide:
Send an automated email
Navigate to: Admin > Users > Users
- Use the search filters to find the User for whom you wish to reset the password, then press the blue "Edit" button on their row.
- Press the "Reset password" button.
- Tick the box to "Send password reset email".
- Press the orange "Reset password" button.
Update a password manually
- Navigate to: Admin > Users > Users
- Use the search filters to find the User for whom you wish to reset the password, then press the blue "Edit" button on their row.
- Press the "Reset password" button.
- Input the new password within the "Password" field.
- Click the orange "Reset password" button.
