Send an automated email


Navigate to: Admin > Users > Users

  • Use the search filters to find the User for whom you wish to reset the password, then press the blue "Edit" button on their row.
  • Press the "Reset password" button.
  • Tick the box to "Send password reset email".
  • Press the orange "Reset password" button.


Update a password manually

  • Navigate to: Admin > Users > Users
  • Use the search filters to find the User for whom you wish to reset the password, then press the blue "Edit" button on their row.
  • Press the "Reset password" button.
  • Input the new password within the "Password" field.
  • Click the orange "Reset password" button.
