If you would like to create a report that can be either scheduled and OR downloaded as an Excel file, which specially focuses on earned Overtime records, please find the below steps. 


  • Under Manager tools (or along the top row) please select Report dashboard
  • Select Data reports
  • Expand Create Report
  • Select Create Overtime and TOIL report
  • You will now be able to build the report - please see an example:
  • Note: You can also filter the report for further configurations and data restrictions. 
  • Once configured, the report can either be Saved OR Downloaded - if saved, the below config box will appear:
  • Add the report name and the Folder - note this can either be a custom folder or the default system folder.
  • If you wish to just download the data, once Download is selected you will have the below: 
  • Select the required format and download.
