Request a logo change

This guide has been specifically created for system administrators to help ensure seamless customisation of your e-days platform.


Overview:

When your e-days system is first set up, we can upload your company or organisation’s logo, which will be prominently displayed in the top-left corner of the application screens, reinforcing your branding.

If your logo changes at any point, this guide outlines the steps needed to submit the updated logo to our support team for swift replacement.


Logo Requirements:

To ensure your logo is displayed correctly, please ensure the file you provide meets the following specifications:

  • File type: .png (preferably with a transparent background)
  • Maximum width: 500 pixels
  • Maximum height: 50 pixels
    (Note: Please crop the image closely around the edges of the logo.)


Once you have your logo file ready, simply raise a support ticket by clicking [here and attach the updated logo file. Our support team will take care of the rest!
