Request a logo change

Who this guide is for: System administrators – Requires ‘System Admin’ role


Overview:
When your organisation’s logo changes, you can supply a new image to our Support team to update the logo displayed in the top-left of the application.


How Company Logo Update Works:
Your company logo is hosted by e-days and shown across all screens. To change it, you send us a correctly formatted file, and we’ll replace the existing logo. The update is applied globally and becomes visible immediately once processed.


How to Set Up a Company Logo Update:

  1. Prepare your logo file, ensuring it meets the requirements:
    • File type: .png (ideally with a transparent background)
    • Max width: 500 px
    • Max height: 50 px
    • Crop closely to the logo edges.
  2. Raise a support ticket by clicking here and attach your logo file.
  3. In the ticket description, state “Please update our company logo” and confirm the file meets the specifications.
  4. Submit the ticket. Our Support team will confirm once the new logo is live.

Additional Information:

  • Logo display: Appears in the top-left of all application screens.
  • Processing time: Allow up to one business day for the change to go live.
  • Requires ‘System Admin’ role to request a logo update.
