Who this guide is for: System administrators – Requires ‘System Admin’ role
Overview:
When your organisation’s logo changes, you can supply a new image to our Support team to update the logo displayed in the top-left of the application.
How Company Logo Update Works:
Your company logo is hosted by e-days and shown across all screens. To change it, you send us a correctly formatted file, and we’ll replace the existing logo. The update is applied globally and becomes visible immediately once processed.
How to Set Up a Company Logo Update:
- Prepare your logo file, ensuring it meets the requirements:
- File type: .png (ideally with a transparent background)
- Max width: 500 px
- Max height: 50 px
- Crop closely to the logo edges.
- Raise a support ticket by clicking here and attach your logo file.
- In the ticket description, state “Please update our company logo” and confirm the file meets the specifications.
- Submit the ticket. Our Support team will confirm once the new logo is live.
Additional Information:
- Logo display: Appears in the top-left of all application screens.
- Processing time: Allow up to one business day for the change to go live.
- Requires ‘System Admin’ role to request a logo update.
