A: At it's simplest level it creates advanced insights into your edays data to provide you with additional information to help you understand your employees leave and absence patterns. These insights can be used to help better manage the health and wellbeing of your employees. furthermore, there is a natural language query interface, so you can request information using a more natural approach to the question, rather than needing to 'understand' all the data to build the report. furthermore, it offers advanced filtering of the data to help you focus on the exact information which you want.

A: No. This is a paid-for option.

A: The cost of the Advanced Analytics depends on the size of your organization, contact your sales representative or Customer Success Manager to learn more. There is a minimum cost to smaller organizations of £500.

A: Advanced Analytics is avaialble for everyone, however it is purchased in license packs of 5 users at a time. It is primarily HR personnel who benefit most from the analysis and reporting.

A: While any organisation would benefit from using the Advanced Analytics, we have found that larger ones (100+ user licenses) get the fastest return on their investment (ROI).
Q: Will more reports be added in the future?
A: Yes. The initial set of Advanced Analytic reports were put together using feedback from our customers. We will continue to gather feedback and look to release further reports over time.
Q: Can I create my own reports?
A: No, not at the moment. We offer a great deal of flexiblity in being able to refine the existing reports and will gather feedback on requests for new reports which may be released in the future.
