Admin basics

This section is your go-to resource for mastering everything you need to know about the edays admin panel. Our guides are specifically crafted to provide you with quick, easy-to-follow solutions for all the key tasks you'll encounter as an edays administrator, ensuring you are always in control.


Whether you're configuring the system, managing users, or fine-tuning policies, our comprehensive guides will help you get the most out of your edays system.


Key considerations: 


  • In order to access the Admin Panel, and make changes to your configuration or setup, you should have the Administrator Role and Permissions. If you do not have those, but require such access - please reach out to the Support Team or ask another administrator to adjust your role
  • Please ensure you have the right access to view users in your system. You should be aware that User Views allow you to control who you can see, edit, and report on across the system. If you're currently unable to see certain people, your User Views may be wrong. Sometimes, you may need another Administrator to adjust these for you, but if you're unsure please do contact Support.
  • System Owners: If you are the main System Owner for edays within your organisation, we strongly recommend assigning this role in Admin > Global > Company Information. This will ensure you are kept up to date with any important product announcements and training webinars.

  1. Video Library - You can visit the Learning Centre to view short videos on how to manage and use your edays setup.

  3. Support - Ensure you sign-up to our Support Portal so that you can raise a ticket with our Support Team for any technical guidance - they'll be happy to provide you with assistance and how-to's if needed.
