Elite Package Requirements

The phase following your project initiation call is focused on collecting the detailed requirements and user data needed to populate your edays system. Your project manager will share with you a system setup questionnaire and a data capture form*. You will then be responsible for collating the information for all regions of your business within the scope of the project, and providing the information needed on these forms to your project manager. You will be asked to use our client portal to send data to us, rather than attaching these forms by email, for data security purposes.

Our video on how to complete the system setup questionnaire is available for you to watch below:

Your project manager will review the data you have provided once received, and highlight any queries or anomalies. This stage usually involves a little back and forth to ensure that the data is correctly populated, so it’s really important that you provide your completed documents at the agreed time, so we can provide your edays system in a timely manner.

Once any outstanding feedback/queries have been addressed, your project manager will ask you to sign off your requirements before proceeding with the configuration. If you request any changes to your requirements post-sign off, this will be recorded in a change log and if you have sufficient project time remaining, this can be accommodated, or you will likely be able to make the changes yourself following the administrator training.

*If your users will be syncing through to edays from a partner system, the data capture form you will be asked to complete will be slightly different from the standard data capture form. Please see our partners section for more details.
