During this stage, your project manager will use the information supplied on the system setup questionnaire and data capture form to configure your edays system. If your users will be syncing through to edays from a partner system, you will need to have this interface setup before the configuration can be completed.
A large part of the configuration process will be importing your absence and user data. Once the import of data begins, it’s possible that some of the data provided may not meet the system requirements. If this is the case, we will provide you with a report which will outline any issues and the reason for each of these issues.
Following the configuration of the system, you will have an administrator training session, which will take you through how the system has been setup, and the user, manager, and admin access available on your system. This training will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
