System settings - NHS Wellbeing

Who this guide is for

HR administrators and system managers responsible for employee wellbeing initiatives.


Overview

This feature enables a dedicated wellbeing section containing NHS-provided health advice. Administrators can create customised wellbeing reasons that link directly to NHS condition-specific resources, helping employees access trusted health information.

How to Enable and Configure

  1. Access System Settings
    • Navigate to Admin Tools > Admin Panel > Global > Global Settings
    • Scroll to Additional Settings
  2. Enable the Feature
    • Tick Enable NHS Wellbeing Section
    • Click Save


This can also be enabled / disable on a Template or User level, instead of enabling it globally. 

To enable or disable on a template level:

  • Navigate to Admin Panel > Templates
  • Search for the template in question and click on Edit
  • Scroll down to Additional Settings on the Template settings page
  • Amend the setting of Enable NHS wellbeing section either to Yes or No depending on whether you wish to enable or disable
  • Save the settings by clicking on Save template


To enable or disable on a user level:

  • Navigate to Admin Panel > Users
  • Search for the user in question and click on Edit
  • Scroll down to Additional Settings on the User settings page
  • Amend the setting of Enable NHS wellbeing section either to Yes or No depending on whether you wish to enable or disable
  • Save the settings by clicking on Save user
