Launch
To support you with launching your edays system to staff, we have created a user guide, which you will be able to download at the bottom of this page.
The process for launching your new edays system to your staff differs slightly depending on whether you have chosen to implement single sign-on (SSO) or have chosen to use manual logins for edays.
Single sign-on
If you have single sign-on (SSO) implemented on your edays system, all you need to do to launch edays to the staff at your organisation is to provide them with the link to your edays system.
We have created the following email template which you can use: Launch email template (SSO enabled)
Please note that whenever you add new users to edays in the future, you will need to make sure the SSO id on their edays user account is updated so they can log in.
Launching edays without single sign-on (SSO)
If employees at your organisation will be using an edays username and password to log in to the system, we would advise that you send an email to your staff about edays ahead of the launch. You can use our email template below to do this.
Launch email template- without SSO
On the day of the launch, you will then send users a bulk password reset email from edays. Once they have followed the instructions in this email and set their password, they will then be able to log in and start using edays.
Our guide here takes you through the steps for sending users a bulk password reset email.
After you have launched your edays system, you will be asked to complete a survey about your onboarding experience.
Following the launch of your edays system, your project manager will hand you over to the care of our support and customer success teams.
