This guide explains how to permanently delete a group (e.g., "Team A" or "London Office") from your system.
How Deleting Groups Works:
Deleting a group removes it from your organisation structure. Warning: You must reassign all users to other groups before deletion.
How to Delete a Group:
- Reassign all users in the group using Bulk User Updates.
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Admin Panel > System > Group Types
- Click List next to the relevant Group Type
- Click Delete next to the group you want to remove
- Click Delete to confirm
