Overview:
This guide explains how to modify existing public holiday dates within your system's public holiday groups.
How Public Holiday Editing Works:
- Allows updates to holiday dates, names and durations
- Changes automatically sync to all users assigned to that holiday group
- Useful for correcting errors or adjusting for annual date changes
How to Edit a Public Holiday:
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Admin Panel
- Select Calendar > Public Holidays
- Find the public holiday group that contains the date to remove
- Click the Days button next to the group
- Locate the specific date to modify
- Click the Edit button
- Update any of these fields:
- Date (change the calendar date)
- Name (modify the holiday name)
- Duration (adjust the length in days)
- Click Save (top right)
