Overview:
Import public holiday dates in bulk to existing public holiday groups using a CSV file, saving time on manual entry.
How CSV Import Works:
- Allows bulk upload of public holiday dates with correct formatting
- Maps dates to existing public holiday groups
- Ideal for importing regional or custom holidays not available via import feed
How to Import Holidays:
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Admin Panel
- Select Calendar > Public Holidays
- Select Import Public Holidays (top right)
- Click Import Using CSV (top right)
- Download the sample CSV template if needed
- Prepare your file:
- Retain column headers, or use exact same headers as the sample
- Replace sample data with your dates (DD/MM/YYYY format)
- Back in the system:
- Click Choose File to upload your CSV
- Source the file from your computer and select
- Click Import Public Holidays
