Overview:
Remove individual public holiday dates from specific user templates to accommodate regional exceptions or special working arrangements.
How Template Holiday Exceptions Work:
- Allows selective removal of holidays for defined user templates
- Maintains system-wide dates while creating local exceptions
- Automatically applies to all users assigned to the template
How to Set Up:
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Admin Panel
- Select Templates
- Locate the template requiring adjustment
- Click the Edit button
- Go to the Rota tab
- Find the public holiday date within the calendar and select to remove
- Click the X (between timeline and start time fields)
- Click Save All Changes (top right)
- Confirm with Yes if prompted
