Step by step guide:

  • Navigate to Admin tools > Admin panel.
  • Go to Global > Public Holiday Set Up.
  • Click the blue Add new button.
  • Provide a name for your public holiday list and an optional description. Also, set the colour for dates in the list to be marked on in e-days calendars.
  • Click the Save button.
  • After the page reloads, click the blue Days button on the public holiday list you just created.
  • Click the blue Add new button.
  • Provide a date, an optional name for the date, and specify how much of that date is a public holiday.
  • Click the Save button if you're done or click the orange Save and add another button if you wish to add more public holidays.

Note: You will need the Rota Set Up permission applied to your e-days role in order to carry out this task.
