This guide has been created for system authorisers and administrators.
Specific role permissions may be required, including: Staff record dashboard, Manager Dashboard, Staff record Holidays, Staff record Overtime and TOIL, Staff record Sickness, Authorise requests.
This guide will provide you with the steps on how to log a new overtime or TOIL record for a user via their personal dashboard.
Step by step guide:
- Identify the member of staff whose record you wish to view.
- Visit their staff record by clicking their name in any droplet or by using the search box at the top of the page.
- Press the Overtime and TOIL records* button in the area below the heading mentioning the staff member's name.
- Click the "Log Overtime and TOIL" button in the top right corner
- Complete the overtime and TOIL booker form and submit the record.
* The button labels may appear differently within your e-days system, depending upon your system set-up.
