Step by step guide:
  1. Identify the member of staff who has made the request.
  2. Visit their staff record by clicking their name in any droplet or by using the search box at the top-right of the page.
  3. Depending on the type of request you are authorising, select either the Holiday Records or the Sickness Records button.
  4. Navigate down the page to see the records of that type for the person you are viewing.
  5. Identify the record of the request you wish to authorise.
  6. Click the Authorise button on the far-right of that item's row.
