Step by step guide:
  1. Go to the reports dashboard, this may be saved as a favourite, if it is not saved to your favourites you can find this by going to managers tools.
  2. Click on the data reports tab.
  3. Press the Reports folders button, to expand the list of current folders.
  4. Press the Create folder button.
  5. Enter the name of the folder and a description if needed.
  6. Select who should be able to see this folder - all users, no other users, selected groups.
  7. Press create.
