This guide is for System Administrators (Requires 'System Admin' role and 'Role Setup' permission).

This guide details all User-level permissions in edays, explaining the core system features available to standard users.

How User Permissions Work:
User permissions control access to personal dashboards and self-service features for viewing and managing individual absence records.

User Permissions Explained:

  1. Personal dashboard: Main user homepage with overview of leave balances
  2. My holidays: View and manage planned absences
  3. My sickness: Record and view unplanned absences
  4. My Overtime and TOIL: Submit and track overtime requests
  5. Calendar: Personal and team calendar views
  6. My Time Tracking: Working hours and attendance records (may require additional cost)
