    • Apply default authoriser
    • Apply record-specific authoriser
  3. Choose the authoriser(s) and fill in any additional required details based on your chosen option.

Step 3: Select Users to Update
You can filter and include users in multiple ways:

  • Specify Groups – Select by Country, Location, Team, or other group type.
  • Specify User Templates – Include all users assigned to a certain template.
  • Include Reportees and Leavers – Tick these boxes to include your direct reports and/or leavers.
  • Specify Individuals – Search for specific names, click Add, and they will be included.
  • Review the List – Remove any individuals you don’t want to include in the update.

Step 4: Apply the Update

  1. Once all users are selected, click Update Users.
  2. The new authoriser settings will be applied to the chosen group of users.
