This guide is for System Administrators (Requires 'System Admin' role and 'Entitlement setup' permission).
Overview:
Time Tracking's Accrual Policies feature enables automatic entitlement awards based on hours worked, supporting compliance with working time regulations and flexible benefit schemes.
How Time Tracking Accrual Works:
Accruals calculate automatically when timesheets are authorised, with awards based on configured rates (e.g., 3 hours leave per 8 hours worked). Rates can be customised at template or user level.

- Under Accrual Rules click + Add new
- Set pattern to your created accrual pattern via Entitlement accrual pattern
- Set source to Time Tracking
- Configure rate (e.g., "3 hours per 8 hours worked") and other settings as needed
