Entitlement elements can be set to have an allowance cap, however this can sometimes need amending.
You can change/remove the allowance cap by following these steps:
- Navigate to Admin tools > Admin panel > Template > User templates
- Search for the required template and click Edit
- Go to the Entitlements tab
- Click Edit next to the pot
- Click Edit next to the element
- Click the Advanced button
- Amend the allowance cap as required
- Click the Save button
