The below guide will provide you with steps to disable entitlement pot on a global level.
This would be used when you wish to stop using an entitlement entirely or if you wish to disable an entitlement globally but enable this on a template or user level.
- Go to admin tools and select the admin panel.
- Go to global and select entitlement setup.
- Press elements on the entitlement you wish to disable.
- Press edit on any entitlement element that is enabled.
- Set the element to disabled.
- Press save.
- Repeat this until all entitlement elements are disabled.
