Entitlement Setup - Automatically provide entitlement each year

Overview: 

This guide explains how to configure the 'Accrue on Rollover' setting for entitlement elements, which controls automatic entitlement allocation at year-end.


How Accrue on Rollover Works: 

When enabled, this setting automatically carries forward next year's entitlement amounts each new year, maintaining consistent entitlement values without manual updates.


How to Set Up Accrue on Rollover:

  1. Navigate to Admin tools > Admin panel > Global > Entitlements
  2. Click Edit next to the relevant Entitlement Pot
  3. Click Edit next to the entitlement element
  4. Click the Advanced button (below Sort Index)
  5. In 'Other Settings', set Accrue on Rollover to Yes
  6. Click Save at the top of the page
