Overview:
This guide explains how to configure the 'Accrue on Rollover' setting for entitlement elements, which controls automatic entitlement allocation at year-end.
How Accrue on Rollover Works:
When enabled, this setting automatically carries forward next year's entitlement amounts each new year, maintaining consistent entitlement values without manual updates.
How to Set Up Accrue on Rollover:
- Navigate to Admin tools > Admin panel > Global > Entitlements
- Click Edit next to the relevant Entitlement Pot
- Click Edit next to the entitlement element
- Click the Advanced button (below Sort Index)
- In 'Other Settings', set Accrue on Rollover to Yes
- Click Save at the top of the page
