Overtime/TOIL - Deleting an overtime or TOIL record

Overview:
This guide explains how to permanently delete an overtime or TOIL record from the system via the admin panel.


How Overtime/TOIL Records Work:
Overtime and TOIL records track extra hours worked. Admins can delete incorrect or outdated records to maintain accurate reporting.


How to Delete an Overtime/TOIL Record:

  1. Go to Admin Tools > Admin Panel > Records > Overtime and TOIL records (name may vary slightly).
  2. Use the search filters (e.g., user, category, status) to find the record.
  3. Click the red Delete button on the relevant row.
  4. Confirm deletion by clicking Delete in the pop-up - this is to prevent accidental deletions.

    • TOIL (Time Off in Lieu): Compensatory leave for overtime worked.
