This guide explains how to permanently delete an overtime or TOIL record from the system via the admin panel.
How Overtime/TOIL Records Work:
Overtime and TOIL records track extra hours worked. Admins can delete incorrect or outdated records to maintain accurate reporting.
How to Delete an Overtime/TOIL Record:
- Go to Admin Tools > Admin Panel > Records > Overtime and TOIL records (name may vary slightly).
- Use the search filters (e.g., user, category, status) to find the record.
- Click the red Delete button on the relevant row.
- Confirm deletion by clicking Delete in the pop-up - this is to prevent accidental deletions.
