Overview
This guide explains how to reinstate a former employee ("Leaver") in the system, restoring their access and historical data.
How User Reinstatement Works
- Purpose: Reactivate a departed user's account while preserving their absence history and records.
 - Use case: Correct accidental terminations or rehire former employees efficiently.
 - Impact: Restores full system access; maintains historical data integrity.
 
How to Reinstate a User
- Navigate to Admin > Users > Users.
 - Use search filters to locate the leaver, then click the blue "Edit" button.
 - Click the "Reinstate User" button.
 - Confirm by clicking the orange "Confirm" button.

- Prerequisite: Users permission in your edays role.
