Overview
This guide explains how to delete a user account while preserving recovery options through the recycling bin.
How User Deletion Works
- Purpose: Remove inactive accounts while maintaining data recovery options.
 - Process:
- Deleted accounts move to the Recycling Bin (not permanently erased).
 - Accounts can be restored or permanently deleted from the bin.
 - Retention periods may apply (system-dependent).
 
 
How to Delete a User Account
- Navigate to Admin > Users > Users.
 - Use search filters to locate the user, then click the blue "Edit" button.
 - Click the red "Delete" button.
 - Confirm by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.
