Absence Type booking settings are generally set at a global or template level, however you may find that you have individual users that require different booking settings. The guide below outlines how to change these settings in a user profile.


  • Navigate to Admin tools > Admin panel > Users > Users
  • Search for the user and click Edit
  • Go to the Absence Types tab
  • Search for the absence type and click Edit
  • Amend the booking settings as required
  • Click Save
