Changing the absence type time unit - User level

This guide has been created for System Administrators.

Specific role permissions may be required, including Users.


Overview:

This guide provides the steps needed to adjust the "Time unit" setting for absence types at the user level.


Steps:

  • Navigate to Admin panel -> Users -> Users
  • Search for the user in question and click on "Edit"
  • Click on the "Absence types" tab
  • Search for the absence type in question and click on "Edit"
  • Amend the "Time Unit" to the intended setting
  • Scroll down and save the settings
