Overview
This guide explains how to unlock a user's account when they've been locked out due to multiple incorrect password attempts.
How Account Locking Works
After too many failed login attempts (set in Password Settings), accounts automatically lock for security. Only system admins can unlock them.
How to Unlock an Account
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Users.
- Search for the locked-out user.
- Click "Edit" next to their name.
- Click on "User actions" and select "Unlock account".
