TOIL is currently showing in days. Is there a way for this to show as hours and can it be changed for everyone?

If you would like to set the TOIL entitlement to display in a time unit of 'hours' at the global system level, please follow the steps below.
1. navigate to admin tools > admin panel > global > entitlement setup
2. click the advanced button to display all entitlement types
3. click the edit button to the right of TOIL
4. adjust the time unit to 'hours'
5. click the save button at the bottom of the page.
If you would like to set the TOIL entitlement to display in a time unit of 'hours' at the template level, please follow the steps below.
1. navigate to admin tools > admin panel > Templates > User templates
2. click "Edit" on the template in question
3. navigate to the "Entitlements" tab
4. click the advanced button to display all entitlement types
5. click the edit button to the right of TOIL
6. adjust the time unit to 'hours'
7. click the save button at the bottom of the page.
