Overview:
This guide explains how to attach Self-Certification or Return to Work forms to unplanned absence types (e.g., Sickness), triggering them when users book leave.
How Self-Certification Forms Work:

- Return to Work (Manager-only)

- Select Global > Absence Types in the left panel
- Find the absence type (browse or use search filter)
- Click Edit next to the absence type
- Under General Settings, locate Additional Form
- Select your preferred form type
- Click Save (top-right corner)
