To add a Self-certification or Return to Work form to an existing absence type, please follow the below steps:

 

  • Navigate to Admin tools > Admin panel > Global > Absence type setup
  • Search for the absence type (e.g. Sickness) and click Edit
  • Select Return to Work Form from the Additional form field
  • Click Save

 

Users and Authorisers can view the form by visiting the user’s dashboard, Administrators can view them in the absence record in the admin panel
